4 Roma tomatoes
1 medium yellow onion
2 jalapenos
2-3 TB chopped cilantro
Juice from half of 1 lime
Salt
Directions: Chop the tomatoes, discarding pulp & seeds. (Roma tomatoes won't have much though.) Place in a large bowl. Peel and chop the onion, add to bowl. Remove and discard the veins and seeds from the jalapenos. Chop the jalapenos and add to bowl. Mix in the cilantro, lime juice and salt to taste - mix until all ingredients are combined. Serve with tortilla chips. Store leftovers in fridge.
