Ingredients:
1 package (2 sheets) frozen puff pastry, thawed
36 fresh raspberries
18 Rolo candies
Granulated sugar for sprinkling
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Roll out puff pastry dough a bit and cut into 9 squares (each sheet of dough will be 9 squares.) Place 2 raspberries and 1 Rolo in the center of a square. Moisten edges with water and pull edges up to the top. Pinch together at top and roll pinched edge under. Repeat with remaining dough, raspberries and Rolos. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with water and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
Bake for 15 minutes until edges are golden brown. Remove from a pan to serving plate and serve while still warm.
